IMDE is a minority owned small business registered in Texas State since December 2010 by professional naval architect and patent specialist for offering consulting services to marine and offshore industries.
In July 2011, via merger and acquisition, IMDE inherited the assets of International Maritime Consultancy, Co. Ltd. and started its offshore renewable energy pursuit, with focus on offshore wind technology and business development activities.
IMDE now owns a floating offshore wind turbine patent named PyraWind (TM) and aims at promoting green energy worldwide to contribute to global climate change initiatives. IMDE is SAM registered as a qualified US Federal Contractor with CAGE Code 8PV55.
